Hello My friends in the Lord,

            It gives me great pleasure to write you at this time to first and foremost express my sincere gratitude for the support you have given me in my mission  work. I should say in our mission work. You go to the mission by giving, I give by going. The two are needed to advance the good news of God's love to all.
             It is past a year since I started using the money I got from my appeal in Peoria and the generous donations I receive from many of you within and outside St. Ann's. I am so overwhelmed that I am short of words. In fact the limitation of language makes it that one can only say "Thanks a million"! I say thanks because without you the work done would not have been possible. I started using the money in OCT of 2005. From then to Sept. 2006, it makes 12 calendar months.
             In the Turkwell account for donors you will find an amateurish way of doing accounts since I am not professional in that but I try to keep an up-to-date daily account which I summed up in what you have. I will be glad to send you also the long daily accounts if you need it. I do this to keep you informed of the way you funds have been used to touch the lives of the people of Turkwell. I can say without any doubt that l left Turkwell better than I met it. The people are a testimony of that.
             I used the funds in such a way that every aspect of the lives of the people was touched. Schools were renovated though more to be done, water provided, uniforms made for 16kids, mosquito for 400 girls in school, generator for the church use especially for vigil masses, charity, school fees, fuel for car to go to the outstations, service of car for pastoral use, house upkeep for the poor priests, help for the sisters, transportation of people to hospital and hospital bills, entertainment and motivation parties for the alter servers, materials for the liturgy, 16 altar servers' albs for the different liturgical seasons, it is endless. You have helped many people from your places in the US. More can still be done with your help.
             The fact that I have been transferred from Turkwell even makes me more attached to seeing that life in made better for the people in different spheres of lives, Spiritual, educational, social, health etc. I will be glad to receive your help to make this a reality. I have means of making sure the money is spent for the right purpose and pictures sent where possible. I will keep close monitor and keep you informed and God's willing pass by Turkwell before heading home for my leave in 2008.
             As you go through this, please feel free to call my attention to any issue. I did my best which may not be good enough. I sincerely thank you all for you wonderful generosity. May God be your reward as we all know that an act of kindness for a brother or sister will never go un- noticed as it is an act for the Lord.
